At day 28, groups with different letters are significantly different (P < 0.05) by ANOVA and Fisher’s least significant difference post hoc (mean ± SEM, n = 3). At the other time points, there was no significant interaction term by ANOVA. At day 14, there were main effects of media and vector. At day 7, there was a main effect of vector.
