CRBN does not affect Kv1.3 protein half-life. Jurkat-MigR1 and Jurkat-HA-CRBN cells were treated with cycloheximide (CHX; 20 μg/mL), and Kv1.3 protein levels in those cells were analyzed by using immunoblot analysis with anti-Kv1.3 antibody.
