Educated macrophages (EM) decrease LPS-induced lung inflammation. Mice were allocated and received the following treatment: control, LPS, LPS + ASCs, LPS + macrophages (M), and LPS + EM. Animals were sacrificed before and at 6, 24, and 48 h after LPS or PBS treatment. (a) Lungs were fixed in paraformaldehyde. Lung sections were stained with H&E and visualized at ×200 magnification.
