(A) Real time PCR for Hath1 was performed in a panel of cell lines. The PCR products were then run on a 2% agarose gel. β-actin was used as a reference gene. (B) Real time PCR for Hath1 in β-catenin KD CRC cells showed a significant increase in Hath1 levels. P values are as indicated. (C) LS180 cells were treated with the γ secretase inhibitor DBZ (500nm), which resulted in an increase in MUC4. Hes1, a Notch pathway target gene, was used as a verification of treatment efficacy.
