(a) The mf-LTP of pro-ON mice (12 months ON) is significantly diminished relative to controls (12 months) and pro-ON/OFF (8 months ON + 4 months OFF) (F = 38.301, p = 0.0007, repeated-measures ANOVA, a1). Anti-ON mice (12 months ON) display a reduced mf-LTP in the last 10min of recording compared to controls (12 months) and anti-ON/OFF (8 months ON + 4 months OFF) (F = 7.0694, p = 0.01870, repeated-measures ANOVA, a2).
