GASC1 gene knockdown optimization with different siRNA sequences (A–D sequences from Qiagen, and siRNA sequences E–H and mixed from Dharmacon). Per well, 500,000 HCC1954 cells were transfected with Lipofectamine 2000 (LF) for 24 h with 100 pmol of different siRNA sequences against GASC1.
