Fluorescence anisotropy measurements to determine the binding affinity (n = 3, Kd ± SD in nM) of the phosphorylated smAKAP-AKB domain peptide, tagged with 5-TAMRA (excitation at 535 nm and emission at 580 nm) with the full-length regulatory subunit dimers: PKA-RIα and PKA-RIβ. The smAKAP-wt, dAKAP2, and AKAP79 results were previously published [9].
