Traditional Z-plasty to release a burn scar contracture. (1) The burn scar, showing the skin tension lines. (2) Z-plasty is performed by rotating two transposition flaps with an angle of 60° with the middle limb of the Z on the scar. (3) Final appearance after insetting of flaps.
