Effect of ITI-214 on performance of rats in the conditioned avoidance response (CAR) paradigm. The conditioned avoidance response was measured in rats treated with ITI-214 (1 mg/kg, po, −60 min) alone or in combination with the antipsychotic medication, risperidone (0.2 or 0.8 mg/kg ip, −20 min).
