Main WNT/β-catenin pathway involved in cancer and stem cells. Wnt inhibits CTNNB1 phosphorylation by GSK3B, which leads to the transcription of pro-proliferation related genes via binding of CTNNB1 to TCF or LEF. P indicates phosphate. Red color shows molecules in pathways in cancer, whereas blue color shows molecules in signaling pathways regulating pluripotency of stem cells (KEGG).
