(C) Typical images of Western blot analysis and (D) summarized data showed that overexpression of TGR5 enhanced TDCA-induced increase in H2AX phosphorylation in FLO-1 cells (N = 3). These data suggest that TGR5 may mediate TDCA-induced H2AX phosphorylation.
