Symbols: * indicates significant difference from CON-fed mice instilled with VEH (p < 0.05); # indicates significant difference from CON-fed mice instilled with cSiO2 (p < 0.05). DHA dose-dependently decreased plasma total IgG in NZBWF1 (r2 = -0.493, p < 0.05) and NZW/LacJ mice (r2 = -0.814, p = < 0.001). DHA dose-dependently decreased plasma anti-dsDNA Ig in NZBWF1 (r2 = -0.567, p < 0.001).
