The levels of VEGF (A) and ERK (B) was significantly increased after IR (IR vs. control, p<0.05). However, the IR-induced expression of VEGF and ERK was attenuated in B5-IR (p<0.05). There was a significant difference from the *CTRL (p<0.05) and #IR (p<0.05) groups.
