DW images / ADC map demonstrate two large lesions: an intrahepatic lesion (arrow) is mildly hyperintense at b 50 and strongly hyperintense at b 1000 with low ADC (restricted diffusion) compatible with viable tumor. The extrahepatic lesion (asterisk) is strongly hyperintense at b 50, hypointense at b 1000, with high ADC, compatible with necrotic/cystic metastatic lesion. Postcontrast T1-weighted image confirms DWI findings.
