pUL93 primarily localizes to the nucleus of infected cells. (A to F) HF were infected with UL93-eYFP-Towne-BAC virus at an MOI of 3.0, fixed at 0 or 96 hpi, and stained with Hoechst (blue). (G) HF were infected with UL93-eYFP-Towne-BAC virus at an MOI of 3.0 and harvested at 0, 6, 24, 48, 72, 96, and 120 hpi. Cytoplasmic and nuclear fractions were separated, and IB was performed using antibodies against GFP, α-tubulin, and lamin A/C.
