EBOV infection does not induce SG formation. U2OS cells were infected with EBOV at an MOI of 1 or mock infected. At the indicated time points p.i., cells were treated with 0.5 mM Ars (+Ars) for 30 min to induce SG formation or left untreated (−Ars).
