Effects of triapine on the sensitivity of BG-1 cells to olaparib (A), cisplatin (B), carboplatin (C), and doxorubicin (D). Cells were treated continuously with the indicated agents in combination with triapine at 0.25, 0.5, and 0.75 μM. After 10 days, colonies were stained and clonogenicity was determined.
