hDPC-seeded E1001(1k)/β-TCP scaffolds. hDPC-seeded and acellular scaffolds were cultured in osteogenic media for 1 week before implantation. Cytoskeletal F-Actin was stained using Alexa Fluor 594-conjugated phalloidin (red). Nuclei were stained with Hoechst 33258 (blue).
