Serial radiographs with preoperative, initial postoperative, 2-year follow-up of 63-year-old female patient who had treated for DLS. The proximal junctional (PJ) angle increased from 5.8° preoperative to 9.6° in immediate postoperation, to 16.9° in 2 years follow-up.
