Chest radiographs show reticular interstitial pattern with gravitational distribution and bilateral pleural effusion (a, b). CT images show peribroncovascular interstitial thickening and smooth interlobular septal thickening with gravitational distribution; bilateral pleural effusion is also present (c, d). CT signs are suggestive of interstitial pulmonary oedema.
