ACC abundance and ACC phosphorylation in contralateral non‐immobilized and immobilized limbs at the end of 6‐h hindlimb immobilization. Rats were subjected to unilateral hindlimb immobilization for 6 h. Muscles were dissected out and frozen at the end of the 6‐h unilateral hindlimb immobilization. Muscle lysates were separated with SDS‐PAGE, and the blots were analyzed for total‐ACC (A), and phosphorylated ACC Ser79 (B).
