Oxygen isotope depth profiles measured on the same samples as in Fig. 3 after annealing at 400 °C for 5 min. A different amount of ¹⁸O incorporated into YSZ, a different bending of the ¹⁸O concentration curves of LSC-LT and LSC-HT, and a different drop at the interface are discernible.
