HNN cells show differences in cell cycle compared to WT cells. The cell cycle was assessed using flow cytometry. No significant difference was found in the G1/G0 phase and cells showing more than 4 chromatids (>4 N) (ANOVA, p>0.999, p = 0.678 respectively). HNN show a decrease in the fraction of cells in the S phase (ANOVA, p < 0.001) and an increase in the fraction of cells in the G2/M phase (ANOVA, p = 0.002). Error bars show standard error.
