A) Unstimulated CD4 T cells from eight HIV negative donors were treated with 1uM vorinostat, 100nm panobinostat or 10nM romidepsin for 24h. Cells were stained for HLA class I. Median fluorescent intensity (MFI) is shown (n = 8). A Friedman test with Dunn’s test for multiple comparisons was performed. B) Data from A was normalized to the MFI of the untreated control and shown as a percentage.
