HIV-1 LAI infected CD4 T cells with or without HDACi treatment (targets) were cultured overnight with uninfected CD4 T cells with or without HDACi treatment (non-targets) and SL9 transduced CD8 T cells (effectors) at an E:T:NT ratio of 1:1:1.
