Serum IgG, IgM, IL-2, and IL-6 levels. Whatever the serum IgG, IgM, IL-2, or IL-6 level, there is significant difference among the three groups ((a) F = 75.80, P < 0.01; (b) F = 14.15, P < 0.01; (c) F = 11.27, P < 0.01; (d) F = 5.783, P < 0.05). In the AP group, the serum IgG, IgM, and IL-2 levels are significantly higher than those in the model group (P < 0.05), and the IL-6 level is significantly lower than that in the model group (P < 0.05); whatever the serum IgG, IgM, IL-2, or IL-6 level, there is no significant difference between the model group and the sham-AP group. ∗ P < 0.05.
