Antimicrobial activity of LsbB on different mutants obtained by site-directed mutagenesis of YvjBMG protein. Cultures of MG7284 transformants carrying different amino acid substitutions of YvjB protein were inoculated as indicator strains into soft agar in which wells were loaded with L. lactis BGMN1-596T.
