Effect of ligustrazine on cell growth. Human HaCaT cells were cultured with various concentrations of ligustrazine (0.5 mmol/L, 1.0 mmol/L, and 1.5 mmol/L), and the cell growth was then evaluated by MTT and colony formation assay after 72 h of culture. (A) Cell viability was significantly increased by culture with ligustrazine in a dose-dependent manner. (B) Clone formation numbers were significantly increased in a dose-dependent manner by culture with ligustrazine.
