Fig.4 — ELISA results of three assayed groups that demonstrated the highest level of nerve growth factor (NGF) in supernatant of cells cultured in medium that contained NGF. There was a significantly high level of NGF expressed in medium of cells infected with recombinant viruses that carried the ectopic NGF gene at day 7 compared to the control.
