Fig.5 — Expression of human nerve growth factor (NGF), NES- TIN, Microtubule-associated protein 2 (MAP2), Glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP), TUBULIN β, and Brain derived naural growth factor (BDNF) genes assessed on day 4 after transduc- tion showed reduction in expression of endogenous NGF and BDNF. Pre; Day 0 before treatment and Post; 96 hours post- virus infection. This result showed the role of Glial derived neurotrophic factor (GDNF), GFAP, NESTIN, and TUBULIN in the final events of neural differentiation. Results reported as mean ± SD of three experiments.
