Mice were treated with zymosan (1 mg, i.p.) for 24 h. The presence of mouse CYP2 mRNAs was determined by RT-PCR, using mouse liver as a positive control. The data summarize the findings from n = 6–8 mice. The number of + signs indicates the relative expression level; +/− indicates that not all samples tested showed positive expression.
