Differentiated NHBE cells were treated with air or WCS from 2 cigarettes with and without Gefitinib. After 24 h total cell protein lysates were prepared and equal amounts of protein were separated by SDS-PAGE, transferred to PVDF membranes and probed with anti-phospho-EGFR (Tyr1068) (A) or anti-Phospho-Erk1/2 (Thr202/Tyr204) (C) antibodies and anti-β actin antibody as a loading control (A, C).
