A. veronii C4 derivatives were grown overnight and diluted to an initial OD₆₀₀ of 0.02 in LB supplemented with 50μg/ml ampicillin, and inoculated at different concentrations of glucose and sucrose and KCl for OD₆₀₀ measurements at 12 h.
