(a) Compared to the normal, frequency of CD8+ T cells was significantly greater (P < 0.01) in the stroma of the tumor at early stage and increased further in late stage OVCA. (b) In contrast to the influx of stromal CD8+ T cells, the frequency of the intratumoral CD8+ T cells did not increase significantly during OVCA progression to late stage.
