Two control scenarios are modeled here, Scenario F represented the control strategy including concurrent chemotherapy of humans and bovines, sanitation, environmental modification, snail control by molluscicide, health education, establishing safe grazing pastures, and prohibiting pastures in the snail-infested grasslands; Scenario G included the control measures implemented in Scenario F and treating all snail habitats of the town by repeated mollusciciding and environmental management since 2008.
