Effects of niclosamide on the tumor suppressor miR-200 family. Niclosamide upregulated the expression of miR-200a, miR-200b, miR-200c, miR-141 and miR-429. RT-qPCR of the miRNAs was performed as described in the Materials and methods section. RNU6 was used to normalize the mRNA level.
