(A) HL-60, THP-1 and NB4 cells were stained with anti-CD13 mAbs (SJ1D1 or WM15) as detailed in Figure 1A. (B) Cells lines (2 × 10⁵/ml) were treated with 50 μM NGR-peptides for 5 and 15 min. Detection of dead cells after annexin-V-FITC/PI staining and flow cytometry. Annexin-V-positive and PI-positive cells are highlighted in the box and their percentage is shown in the Figure.
