ROC analysis was carried out for QUS parameters, DOS parameters, and combined pairwise combinations (QUS + DOS). All individual and pairwise combinations are summarized in Tables 3 and 4, and Supplementary Table 1. ROC analyses demonstrate that the combination of QUS and DOS parameters may increase the AUC as early as one week after the start of treatment.
