A repeated-measures ANOVA was used to test for significant changes over time for QUS and DOSI parameters. QUS and DOS parameters were also tested for significant differences between responders and non-responders using an independent t-test within the 95% confidence level following a test for normality. Otherwise, a Mann-Whitney test was performed.
Independent t-test, tested for normality violations.
Repeated measures ANOVA.
p < 0.05, Considered statistically significant.
p < 0.01, Considered very statistically significant.
