Infection of JLTRG cells. JLTRG cells (1×106) were co-cultured in a 10 cm culture dish with H9/HTLV-IIIB cells to achieve a ratio of 10:1. After 24, 48, 72 and 96 h infection was assessed by immunofluorescence.
