(A) Parametric mapping of k₃ in tumor region for U87MG and MDA-MB-435 tumor model, at 1 h and 24 h post PDT. The parametric maps of the tumor region were presented in blue and white images (a–d), and were overlapped with 2D projection of 18F-FMISO PET volumetric images (A–D). The scale bar next to parametric maps indicated the maximum and minimum values of either k₃ of each tumor model. The intensity was normalized into the same scale between 1 h and 24 h for each parameter. The white arrows pointed out the location of tumor in the whole body images.
