Classification criteria for axial or peripheral spondyloarthrlitis

ASAS Criteria for Axial Spondyloarthritis Sacroiliitis on imaging plus one of the following; Or HLA B27 plus two of the following: Dactylitis Psoriasis Inflammatory back pain Good response to NSAIDs Arthritis Elevated C reactive protein Inflammatory bowel disease HLA B27 + Uveitis Family history of spondyloarthropathy ASAS criteria for peripheral spondyloarthritis Arthritis/Enthesitis/ or Dactylitis Plus ≥1 of the following: Uveitis Psoriasis Crohn’s/colitis Antecedent infection HLA B27 Sacroiliitis on imaging Or ≥2 of the following: Arthritis Enthesitis Dactylitis Inflammatory back pain Family history of Spondylarthropathy
