Levels of ABA, ABA-GE, DPA, PA, 7′ OH-ABA and neo-PA were measured by UPLC-ESI(+)-MS/MS from roots of non-mycorrhizal (control) and mycorrhizal plants 50 days after inoculation with Rhizophagus irregularis. Values correspond to mean ± SE (n = 5). For each compound values with same letters do not significantly differ (P = 0.05) according to Duncan’s multiple range test.
