Quantitative analysis of biodistribution of QDs in rats using ICP-MS. Rats were injected subcutaneously at a concentration of 30 pmol/g of body weight. The indium content in left axillary lymph node (LALN), left thoracic lymph node (LTLN) and injection sites were quantified using ICP-MS and were expressed as the quantity of indium (in μg) per gram of tissue. Data are mean ± SD (n = 3 per group).
