(A) MiRNA expression in T-ALL patients and cell lines was compared to normal T-cells or CD34+ hematopoietic progenitor/stem cells (HSCP) cells from the peripheral blood of healthy donors. Data was collected from the GEO database (GSE51908). (B) MiRNA expression in T-ALL patients was compared to thymocytes, bone marrow (nBM) and CD34+ peripheral blood cells of pediatric samples¹⁰. Statistical analysis was performed using One-way ANOVA (*p < 0.05; ****p < 0.0001).
