The TA temperature was applied in the amplification reaction. The Coverage of the primer pairs was estimated using the SILVA TestPrime tool with the sSU-NR database version 123 and refers to the percentage of potentially covered taxa in the different domains allowing no and one mismatch (MM) during primer annealing.
