Sagittal short tau inversion recovery (A) shows hyper-intensity involving the D7 and D8 vertebral body and ventral and dorsal epidural space causing thecal sac compression, which on post contrast T1-weighted fat-saturated image showed heterogeneous pattern of enhancement. Post contrast T1-weighted coronal fat-saturated image (C) shows hyper-intensity in left sacro-iliac joint with bilateral pleural effusion. The cytology findings revealed granuloma formation.
