IPEC-J2 cells were incubated with or without the NF-κB -specific inhibitor BAY 11-7082 (10 μM) for 30 min. IPEC-J2 cells were subsequently infected with or without TGEV. At the end of the incubation periods for the indicated times, RNA was isolated and analyzed by quantitative real-time RT-PCR.
