Overexpression of Rho1 suppresses the toxicity of CirA in yeast. (A) S. cerevisiae W303, overexpressing CirA from a galactose-inducible promoter, was transformed with the yeast genomic library pYEp13. Eleven clones (pSup1 to pSup11) were isolated that consistently suppressed the toxicity of CirA. (B) Yeast orf genes present in pSup1 to pSup7.
