The kinetics of Gb3 polymer 1:0 binding to each immobilized Stx2d B-subunit mutant form were analyzed with the Biacore system. RUmax, maximum resonance unit. The concentration of Gb3 polymer 1:0 is shown as the trisaccharide moiety. The resonance unit is an AU used by the Biacore system.
